Connecting to your Wi-Fi network on an iPhone or iPad

Here's all you need to know to connect your iOS device to your new router.

    Apple iPhone/iPad Wi-Fi FAQs

This guide will show you how to connect an iPhone or iPad to a wireless router supplied by Plusnet. You should be able to use it with other wireless routers as long as you know the Wireless Name (SSID) and password of the network you're connecting to.

You'll find the Wireless name (SSID) and password on a sticker on the bottom or back of your router or on a pull-out tab at the back. If you're connecting to the Internet using one of our routers, the SSID will look something like this: PLUSNET-1A2B3C or PlusnetWireless1A2B3C.

Your wireless password (wireless key or WPA PSK) is made up of a series of numbers and upper and lower case letters.
