A choice of packages
If you feel like your broadband or phone package isn't working out for you anymore, check our other options. There might be something you prefer the sound of. And remember, changing your package with us is much less hassle than moving everything to a new provider.
If you want to leave Plusnet Mobile because you feel you need more minutes, data or a new phone, give us a call. We might be able to change your plan to one that suits you better.
It won't cost extra if you stay
If you're in a broadband contract with us, bear in mind that you might need to pay to cancel this service. So you might want to check what you'll need to pay before you decide to move your broadband. Also, if you’ve got a discount or another kind of benefit because you use more than one of our services, you might lose that discount or benefit when you leave. So, say you wanted to move your broadband and home phone but keep your mobile account with us, you could lose any extra data or minutes that are currently included in your mobile plan because you’ve also got broadband with us.

You might lose any services included in or added to your package
You might lose things like your Plusnet email address and any other Plusnet email addresses used by your family. That would mean losing all your emails and any extra mailboxes, too. If you've got Plusnet Protect, that will stop too.
