Changing your call plan now could mean you lose some of the call extras you added earlier, as some of our call plans include them as standard. It's worth double checking to make sure you get what you want.

That's a real shame, but we'll make leaving as simple as possible for you.
For most moves you don't need to let us know. Just set everything up with them and they'll tell us when to switch your Plusnet service off.
Moving to Virgin? You will need to tell us. Your Plusnet account will only close once your new service has been set up.
Just call 0800 432 0200 and let us know. We’ll take care of the rest.
Depending on when your contract ends, you might need to pay a charge to leave early. To check your contract log into My Account or Contact Us.
