    Report a TV problem

    We’re sorry you’re having a spot of bother with your Plusnet service. Don’t worry, just report your problem and we’ll check what’s going on and aim to have you sorted as quickly as we can.

    There could be network issue in your area, so before you get in touch, please and take a quick look at our - Service Status.

    Report

    Choose the service you’re having an issue with. Report your problem by text or online using our troubleshooter. We’ll run tests to find out what’s causing the problem and explain how to easily fix it.

    TV withdrawal

    From 28th October 2021 we’re withdrawing YouView TV as part of our broadband services. If you have a current YouView TV subscription, from this date you’ll no longer have access to:

    • Any YouView paid content
    • Any recordings you have from YouView paid channels

    You’ll be able to keep your YouView set top box and continue to use it to watch Freeview channels and to access your players and apps. If your box has a record function this will still be available for Freeview channels.

    Plusnet will not be able to offer any further technical support on your YouView box from 28th October, but we’ve still got lots of online guides which will help you troubleshoot any issues. See our YouView guides.
