Report a TV problem
We’re sorry you’re having a spot of bother with your Plusnet service. Don’t worry, just report your problem and we’ll check what’s going on and aim to have you sorted as quickly as we can.
TV withdrawal
On 28th October 2021 we removed YouView TV as part of our broadband services. If you have a current YouView TV subscription, you’ll no longer have access to:
- Any YouView paid content
- Any recordings you have from YouView paid channels
You’ll be able to keep your YouView set top box and continue to use it to watch Freeview channels and to access your players and apps. If your box has a record function this will still be available for Freeview channels.
