    If there is any conflict of information between the price of our products and services set out in the Mobile Price Guide and Roaming and International Calls page, and elsewhere, for example, on other pages of our website or in external advertising such as on the radio, the prices in the Mobile Price Guide and Roaming and International Calls page takes precedence.

    Where there is conflict between prices in the Mobile Price Guide and on the Roaming and International Calls page, the Mobile Price Guide takes precedence.

    Here are the different 12 month and 30 day SIM-Only plans we offer. If you've got broadband with us already, or want to move your broadband or home phone to us, skip to the 12 month SIM-Only plans for Plusnet broadband customers or 30 day SIM-Only plans for Plusnet broadband customers.

    All standard plans are Roam Like at Home enabled, meaning that you can use your mobile plan allowance when in a Roam Like at Home destination, and when in the UK. Our Roam Like at Home destinations are listed below:-

    If you signed up to a contract with Plusnet Mobile and/or changed your Plusnet Mobile plan on or after 7th October 2020, from 2021, a percentage price increase will be applied to your monthly mobile plan price. This price increase will be applied on or after 1st June 2021, and then on or after 1st March every year from March 2022. The price increase on or after 1st June 2021, will be equal to a percentage comprising of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in April of that year plus ii) 3.9%. The price increase on or after 1st March each year from March 2022, will be equal to a percentage comprising of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year plus ii) 3.9%.

    For all other customers, your monthly mobile plan price will be subject to an increase on or after 1st June each year from June 2021. The increase is based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in April of that year.

    Other prices, content and terms may also change during your contract. We'll tell you about important changes in advance, and if a change is detrimental you'll be able to end your contract without any fees.

    These prices apply if you signed up, upgraded or changed plans on or after 2nd June 2020. If you haven't changed your plan or upgraded since then, please see our previous charges.

    The length of each call you make is rounded up to the next whole second (the minimum length is one second).

    We'll take a minute off your call allowance for calls of up to minute in length. Then we'll take off a second for every extra second you spend on that call.

    If your call's longer than the number of minutes you've got left in your allowance, we'll round up the bit of the call that's outside your allowance to the next whole second and we'll charge you an extra amount for that bit.

    Data usage is measured in Kilobytes (KB). Texts are calculated per message sent up to 160 character limit. If you send a longer message, two or more text messages as appropriate will be deducted from your allowance.

    Your allowance will include:-

    • calls to any UK mobiles, 070 personal numbering services, UK landlines and national numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 when in the UK
    • calls to any UK mobiles, 070 personal numbering services, Roam Like at Home mobiles, UK landlines and national numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 and Roam Like at Home standard landlines when in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • standard texts to any UK mobiles when in the UK and to any UK mobiles and Roam Like at Home mobiles when in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • mobile data when in the UK or in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • calls to numbers beginning 0800, 0808 and 03, which are free of charge when in the UK or in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • calls to your Plusnet Mobile voicemail made when in the UK or in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • For any mobile call plan or bolt-on including 500 or more inclusive minutes that includes calls to 070 personal numbering services, you shall not make more than 150 calls or 500 minutes (whichever is reached first) a month. If you exceed this limit, we have the right to charge you for further calls made, suspend and/or terminate your service in accordance with our terms and conditions

    There are additional charges for:-

    • calls and texts to other numbers in the UK and all numbers outside the UK when in the UK
    • calls and texts to other numbers in the UK or Roam Like at Home destinations when in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • calls or texts to rest of the World mobiles and landlines
    • sending media messages which may include messages containing emoticons

    Where your use of the service exceeds the limits we set out in our Mobile Fair Usage Policy (which we call 'unfair use'), we may apply a surcharge to each service you continue to use unfairly. The surcharges for each service are set out below. For more details, see our Mobile Fair Usage Policy.

    • (1) Pence per minute. We'll charge you a minimum of one minute, then for each minute you use after that.
    • (2) Price per message. Standard texts have a 160 character limit.
    • (3) Keep going over your data allowance? Why not choose a plan with more data, or buy a data bolt-on by giving us a call?
    • (4) Call forwarding services aren't included in your minutes because we don't count them as a standard UK landline call. You can see the full list of call forwarding service numbers for details.
    • (5) We charge for calls either per minute (and billed by the second) or per call as advised by the service provider.

    Yes, you can check everything you’ve been using by logging into your Plusnet Mobile account.

    If this happens often, switching to a different plan might be your best option. However, a bolt-on could be just the thing you need to see you over in the short term. You can use them in the UK and our Roam Like at Home destinations.

    Bolt-ons let you add the minutes, texts or data that you want for the rest of the month, with the charge being added to your next bill. They last until your next billing date. Any unused allowances won’t roll over.

    To buy one, just log into My Account, send an SMS with the correct code to 07507 309082, or call us on 0800 079 1133.

    Bolt-ons purchased through My Account are limited to one per service type within 24 hours.

    When you reach your data limit, you’ll be charged 10p for every extra MB you use. Worried about over spending? Set a Smart Cap by logging into My Account and we won't charge you a penny over it.

    We’ll let you know when you’re nearing your data limit. If this happens often you might be better of adding a Bolt-On or switching to a plan that suits you more.

    If you don't use up your data, text or call allowances before the end of the month, these won't roll over to the following month. You can check when your plan renews by going to your mobile account.

    Had a busy month? Get a top up to keep you going. This will last until your allowance runs out or your tariff refreshes. Bolt-ons can be used in the UK and our Roam Like at Home destinations. Give us a ring on 0800 079 1133 to buy one.

    A bolt-on will only include the same types of usage that are included in your plan allowance, so when you buy a bolt-on, you'll only be able to use it for the same types of things that are included in your plan allowance. These are:

    • a minutes bolt-on: includes calls to any UK mobile, 070 personal numbering services, UK landlines and national numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03 when in the UK or Roam Like at Home destinations, and calls to any Roam Like at Home standard landlines and Roam Like at Home mobiles when in Roam Like at Home destinations. For any mobile call plan or bolt-on including 500 or more inclusive minutes that includes calls to 070 personal numbering services, you shall not make more than 150 calls or 500 minutes (whichever is reached first) a month. If you exceed this limit, we have the right to charge you for further calls made, suspend and/or terminate your service in accordance with our terms and conditions.
    • a text bolt-on: includes standard texts to any UK mobile when in the UK, and standard texts to any Roam Like at Home mobile or UK mobile when in Roam Like at Home destinations
    • a data bolt-on: includes mobile data used when in the UK and in Roam Like at Home destinations

    There are additional charges for:

    • calls and texts to other numbers in the UK and all numbers outside the UK when in the UK

    • calls or texts to rest of the World mobiles and landlines

    Bolt-ons are charged on top of any Smart Cap limit you have in place. They will be charged in the next billing cycle.

    Tethering is when you use your phone as a Wi-Fi hotspot and use it to connect other devices to the internet. You'll need to check with your handset's manufacturer to see if you can do that on your phone.

    Remember, the data you use while tethering will count towards your data allowance. And if you use all your allowance you'll need to pay for the extra amount you've used on top of your usual plan. Here's where you can find out how much data costs outside your plan.

    If your agreement includes a minimum term, you'll need to pay an early termination charge if you or we end your agreement during this time.

    The early termination charge will be calculated as follows: -

    • monthly charge* (factoring in any monthly discount to which the customer is entitled);
    • deduct VAT at the applicable rate;
    • deduct 4% for early receipt of payment;
    • multiply this figure by the remaining months of the minimum term.

    * If you signed up to a contract with Plusnet Mobile and/or changed your Plusnet Mobile plan on or after 7th October 2020, from 2021, a percentage price increase will be applied to your monthly charge (plan price).     If you need to return your phone to us, you might need to pay a charge if you:

    • don't return the phone
    • return a damaged phone
    • forget to send back the accessories (or return damaged accessories).

    Here's where you can see a list of our common charges. But bear in mind this won't be a completely full list because the models of mobile phones we supply and the cost of repairs changes all the time. And we also can't cover all possible types of repair.

    Late payments

    If you miss a payment, you might need to pay a £10 late payment charge. For more information on that, take a look at our Mobile Failed Payment Guide.

    Early upgrades

    If you want to upgrade the mobile phone we provide during your minimum term or if you want to move to a monthly SIM-Only plan from a plan with a minimum term before the end of that minimum term, you may have to pay an early upgrade fee.

    The early upgrade fee will be your monthly plan price multiplied by the number of months left of your minimum term.

    All charges in this price guide include VAT (based on the current standard Government rate) unless we've said otherwise.

    If you signed up to a contract with Plusnet Mobile and/or changed your Plusnet Mobile plan on or after 7th October 2020, from 2021, a percentage price increase will be applied to your monthly mobile plan price and early termination charges. This price increase will be applied on or after 1st June 2021, and then on or after 1st March every year from March 2022, and will be calculated as set out below:-

    • the price increase on or after 1st June 2021, will be equal to a percentage comprising of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in April of that year (ignoring any negative figure) plus ii) 3.9%, and rounded up to the nearest whole pence. If the CPI figure is negative, the price increase will only be 3.9%;
    • the price increase on or after 1st March each year from March 2022, will be equal to a percentage comprising of i) the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate figure published by the Office for National Statistics in January of that year (ignoring any negative figure) plus ii) 3.9%, and rounded up to the nearest whole pence. If the CPI figure is negative, the price increase will only be 3.9%.

    If you receive a discount on your plan price this will not change. The price increase is applied to the standard plan price and then the same discount as before is applied afterward to calculate your new plan price. Where you purchase more than one service from us and each is subject to the price increase, the amount of the increase is calculated on each service separately.     For all other customers, your monthly mobile plan price and early termination charges include an annual percentage price increase on or after 1st June from June 2021, equal to the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) percentage published by the Office for National Statistics in April of that year. If the CPI figure is negative, there will be no change to your plan price in the relevant year.

    If you receive a discount on your plan price this will not change. The price increase is applied to the standard plan price and then the same discount as before is applied afterward to calculate your new plan price. Where you purchase more than one service from us and each is subject to the price increase, the amount of the increase is calculated on each service separately.     We might also change our other charges or make other changes to your plan price. We'll tell you about important changes before they happen. And if a change is detrimental to you, you'll be able to end your contract without having to pay anything extra.
