Plusnet Business charges schedule
If there is any conflict of information between the price of our products and services set out in the Charges Schedule and Business Tariff Guide, and elsewhere, for example, on other pages of our website or in external advertising such as on the radio, the prices in the Charges Schedule and Business Tariff Guide takes precedence.
Where there is conflict between prices in the Charges Schedule and in the Business Tariff Guide, the Charges Schedule takes precedence.
Prices are in effect from 27th May 2020.
If you signed up before 29th May 2013 and haven't changed your product (where changing your product includes re-contracting or upgrading) you can view previous charging schedules in the old terms and conditions.
Plusnet Business Broadband charges
All prices quoted in this Plusnet Business Broadband charges schedule exclude VAT except where it says otherwise.
Plusnet Business Broadband options have a minimum period of either 1, 12 or 24 months except our Fibre Business Broadband products which have a minimum period of either 12 or 24 months.

Broadband only customers
This section sets out the charges that customers will pay for broadband from Plusnet if they choose to have their phone line provided by another supplier. If they choose to have their phone line provided by Plusnet they will pay the broadband charges set out in Broadband and Phone customers section.
The charges for the service will vary according to the Plusnet Business Broadband service option and minimum period selected by the Customer.
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 8th May 2018; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up before 9th May 2018; or
- Have changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
Broadband and Phone customers
This section sets out the charges that customers will pay for broadband from Plusnet if they choose to have their phone line provided by Plusnet. Please see the Business Phone Charges Schedule for the charges associated with Plusnet Business Phone.
The charges for the service will vary according to the Plusnet Business Broadband service option and minimum period selected by the Customer, and are set out as follows:

- Customers who have signed up after 17th September 2019 and before 28th May 2020; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 4th December 2018 and before 18th September 2019; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 8th May 2018 and before 5th December 2018; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 4th October 2016 and before 9th May 2018; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 27th September 2016 and before 5th October 2016; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up after 16th June 2015 and before 28th September 2016; and
- Have not changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).
The charges described below apply to:
- Customers who have signed up before 17th June 2015; or
- Have changed their broadband or fibre product (including re-contracting or upgrading).

Plusnet Business Phone charges
All prices quoted in this Plusnet Business Broadband Charges Schedule exclude VAT except where it says otherwise.
We charge calls by the day and time they are made, and the time periods described in this Charges Schedule are as follows:
- 'Weekend' means any time on Saturday or Sunday.
- 'Evening' means before 6am or after 6pm.
- 'Daytime' means between 6am and 6pm.
