    TV and BT Sport

    Troubleshoot and fix problems with your TV and BT Sport service.

    From 7th February 2021 you can no longer renew your YouView TV with Plusnet. If you have a TV subscription as part of your current service and you'd like to renew your fibre broadband contract with us (and we really hope you do) please call us on 0800 432 0200.

    We'll need to remove TV from your plan and we can then arrange a new package for you. If you choose not to renew your broadband package you'll move to an out of contract price. Your TV subscription will continue as part of your plan for now. We'll be in touch to let you know when we'll be making changes to your TV service.
