Change call plan
Changing your call plan now could mean you lose some of the call extras you added earlier, as some of our call plans include them as standard. It's worth double checking to make sure you get what you want.
From 28th October 2021 we’re withdrawing YouView TV as part of our broadband services. If you have a current YouView TV subscription, from this date you’ll no longer have access to:
Yes. You’ll still be able to use your YouView box for Freeview channels. If you have YouView+ you can continue to record programmes from Freeview. Access to apps and players will also remain.
If there’s a problem or fault with your YouView box, Plusnet will not be able to issue a replacement or provide any further technical support from 28th October 2021.
From 1st October 2021 we will no longer be charging for YouView TV service.
You’ll see your YouView TV subscription listed on your account and bill at £0.00.
You don’t need to do anything, it will continue to show as £0.00 until the service is completely withdrawn.
